We celebrated Tyler's ninth birthday yesterday by going bowling at the new bowling alley here in Afton. He was excited to invite our neighbor to go with us and they had a lot of fun bowling, eating pizza, and playing arcade games. Jake and I can't believe that we are old enough to have a nine year old! Time flies!!

I hope he had a Happy Birthday! I tried calling, but got Jake's voicemail. I had something to give him too and I was holding off on sending it because I thought there could be a chance I'd go camping and see you guys, but we didn't and then I never got it sent. Anyways, I'm such a slacker lately! I need to send off a late b-day card I guess. Looks like he had a fun birthday. He is getting so big. We really want to see you guys. Lets set up a visit. :)
I know what you mean about feeling old...our second just got baptized! Where does the time go? Our oldest will be in young women's next year!!!

Hey Jess! I finally got my computer to work today. I tried a few times earlier and my internet was down. I just wanted to wish you a happy birthday! I wanted to call and visit with you, but I'll try in a few days because right now, my voice is so hoarse and soar that I can barely even talk (we've all been sick).
