My first 5K

I ran my first 5K this morning and lived to tell about it! I ran the Swift Creek 5K race here in Afton. I completed the race in 31:04 which was quite the accomplishment for me. I am so not a runner and it was no marathon but it ended up being a good experience for me. Now I just need to kick it into high gear to be ready for the Pinedale 10K in September.
